Job Overview
At Interclypse, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks. This includes reviewing work products for correctness, adherence to design concepts, and user standards, as well as ensuring progress in accordance with schedules.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Program Manager to ensure problem solutions and user satisfaction. You will also make recommendations for approval of major systems installations, prepare milestone status reports, and deliver presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end-user representatives. Additionally, you will provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline. A Master's degree is preferred. You will also require eight years of computer experience working independently or under general direction on complex application problems involving all phases of systems analysis. Five years of experience in analysis and design of business applications for complex large-scale or mid-tier computer systems, or LAN-based systems, is also necessary. You must have knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and be able to formulate specifications for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging of computer programs.
