**Job Summary:**
A highly skilled Clinical Supervisor is sought to oversee the operations of a clinical department, ensuring exceptional nursing care and quality services. This key role requires effective leadership, sound human resource management, and budgeting skills to guide daily provision of nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Collaborate with the Nursing Department Director/Manager to lead ongoing shift operations and prioritize patient care safety and quality.
- Nursing Care Provision: Provide patient care when needed, utilizing sound human resource and budget principles.
- Team Supervision: Coach and guide employees under supervision, promoting professional growth and excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Clinical Expertise: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred; National specialty certification preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current RN license in New Mexico; current BLS Certification; ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months; PALS/NRP if applicable to area; TNCC if applicable to area or obtain within 6 months.
- Experience and Skills: 3 years relevant experience preferred but not required; must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for patient care.

- Physical Demands: Must be able to handle emergency situations, prolonged standing, and manual dexterity.
Compensation:
Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
