Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients upon arrival and check them into the department
- Ensure accurate demographics and insurance information in APM, updating as necessary
- Schedule appointments and collect payments
- Manage the waiting room and implement efficient customer-friendly processes
- Collaborate with clinical team staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Communicate with clinical and clerical personnel about service issues and complaints
- Assist coworkers and team members with duties as needed

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

- Working knowledge of medical terminology and general office procedures
