Key Responsibilities:
  • Restock bars with essential items, maintaining optimal levels to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down bars, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Keep assigned bars and surrounding areas clean and organized, adhering to Legends' high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Break down cardboard and maintain a clean and debris-free environment.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, adhering to federal, state, and local laws, as well as company standards.

Requirements:
  • Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Must obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a single shift, navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
  • Outdoor venue, indicative of heat and humidity based on weather conditions. Work environment may be within extreme temperatures.
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and additional job-specific safety training.
