Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, and reefers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Repair and replace parts as needed, using precision tools and equipment.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities in a detailed log.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic.
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Ability to work safely, following OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with drivers and other mechanics.
