Job Title:

Lead Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Job Summary:

The Malvern School is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented teacher to lead our Preschool classroom. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive Early Childhood Educational program that meets the needs of our students.
  • Supervise and support the development of our teaching team.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
