About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Teller to join our team at First Horizon National Corporation. As a Part-time Teller, you will play a critical role in providing excellent service to our clients and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Product Promotion: Promote First Horizon's financial products and services to clients, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Scheduling: Work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, afternoons, and Saturdays.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
  • Skills: Experience with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
