Responsibilities:

As a Patient Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent resident care by coordinating reliable and adequate schedules based on staffing guidelines. You will communicate in a professional manner to staff and management about all aspects of scheduling needs. You will also help onboard new colleagues and demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years prior healthcare or office experience and previous experience in long-term care preferred
  • Current CNA or QMA certification preferred
