Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Specialist to join our Corporate & Securities Practice Group at HR Talent Partners. This role is available in North Carolina, with a strong preference for candidates based in Charlotte. We also consider applicants from South Carolina.

Our firm's renowned Private Wealth team is headquartered in the Carolinas and serves ultra-high net worth clients. As an Estate Planning Specialist, you will support our sophisticated practice by drafting estate planning documents and probate forms, including accountings required by the probate court. A willingness to learn areas of the law as necessary is essential.

Candidates must be licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. A LLM in either estate planning or tax is preferred. Your strong written and oral communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with our team and serve our esteemed clients.

We estimate that this position offers a salary in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience.
