Spherion Gainesville, FL is seeking skilled individuals for the role of Electrical Assembler. This position involves working in a dynamic production environment focused on assembling electrical components.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Assembler, your duties will include:
- Executing various specialized electrical assembly tasks.
- Interpreting specifications to determine assembly requirements and options.
- Ensuring adequate supply levels by checking inventory bins.
- Verifying connections for proper fit and alignment of parts and subassemblies according to specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience with low voltage control systems, automotive wiring, or AC/DC equipment repair and installation is highly desirable.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools.
- The capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A willingness to work overtime and adapt to shift schedules as necessary.
Work Schedule:
This position offers full-time hours with shifts available during the day and evening.
