Job Summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Infant Care Professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of infants and toddlers.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily experiences and milestones.
  • Ensure a safe and clean learning environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Twelve semester units in Child Development, including core courses such as Growth & Development, Child, Family & Community, and Curriculum.
  • Three units in Early Childhood Education Infant and Toddler Development.
  • AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Transcripts required at time of hire.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
