As a Sales Professional - Bilingual Spanish, you'll be part of our team that's dedicated to unlocking customer potential through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.



Job Summary

This role involves generating retail sales by utilizing passion for cutting-edge technology and providing exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.





  • Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.

  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.

  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.

  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.

  • Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.

  • Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon-sponsored events.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:





  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • One or more years of work experience.

  • The willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a four-week advance schedule.

  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.

  • Fluency in Spanish required.



Bonus points if you have:





  • Experience working in a commission-based environment.

  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

  • Customer service experience.



Estimated salary range for this role is approximately $40,000-$60,000 per year, based on location and performance.
