Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the podiatry department, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Clinical Expertise: Maintain and demonstrate expertise in podiatric medicine, staying up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and best practices.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor podiatrists, advanced practice professionals, and other staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce errors, and improve overall department performance.

Requirements
  • Education: Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current and unrestricted license to practice podiatry in the United States.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in podiatric medicine, with a strong clinical background and leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
