About the Role

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns;
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client expectations;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence;
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing materials and processes;
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and objectives.
