Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • Work alongside the service team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to suggest and implement system enhancements.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate service documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HVAC technician role.
  • Possession of EPA Universal Certification is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and their components.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
