IOP Clinical Therapist
Job Summary:
The IOP Clinical Therapist provides clinical services to clients of Harmony Bay Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients, as well as facilitating group, individual, and family therapy sessions. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health-related field and 2-4 years of experience in mental health service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing assessment and treatment, facilitating therapy sessions, and documenting client progress. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide assessment and treatment to clients of Harmony Bay Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program
* Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions
* Assess client needs and refer out to higher levels of care as necessary
* Develop and implement treatment plans
* Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
* Master's degree in a mental health-related field
* 2-4 years of experience in mental health service delivery
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Current CPR certification and Narcan certification
Working Conditions:
* Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs
* Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, and driving
* Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
Environmental Factors:
* Communicable diseases
* Hot/cold temperatures
* Environmental conditions may vary
Key Performance Indicators:
* Completion of assessment tools within appropriate timeframe
* 80% of clients retained until clinically appropriate for lower LOC
* Average rating of 4.3 of 5 or higher on client satisfaction surveys
* Documentation completed within 48 hours of service
* Chart audit scores at or above 80% monthly
* Group audit scores at or above 80% monthly
* Appropriate documentation of and adherence to processes related to higher level of care recommendations and high-risk situations

Required Licenses or Certifications:
LAC, LSW, LAMFT preferred, not required
