Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as ambulating, transferring, and positioning residents.
- Record vital signs, weights, and measurements, as well as intake and output, food consumption, and other relevant information.
- Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the Charge Nurse.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
