Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work with our team in Wausau. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with interventional radiology procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography or Interventional Radiology
  • 2+ years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
