**Job Summary**
Eternalhotelsllc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Rooms Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
**Requirements**
- One year of experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform lightweight housecleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
**Work Environment**
The Housekeeper / Rooms Attendant will work primarily in a hotel environment, cleaning guest rooms and public areas. The role may also involve working outdoors when walking between rooms.
