As a Dishwasher Utility at Luby's, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. Your duties will include washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots, as well as sweeping and mopping floors. You will also be responsible for disposing of trash and recyclables, and assisting with food preparation and plating. In addition, you will be expected to follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
