Position Overview

Amundsen Davis is actively seeking a skilled attorney with expertise in land use, zoning, and local government law to enhance our Milwaukee office's Real Estate Service Group. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Wisconsin law license and a minimum of four years of relevant experience in areas such as local government regulations, land development processes, permitting strategies, and land use litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate public meetings and engage with community stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research on local ordinances and regulations.
  • Draft and review development agreements and legal documents.
  • Compose detailed plan narratives and prepare necessary applications.
  • Provide support for both early-stage local government approvals and late-stage project complexities.
