Join Our Team as a Rigging Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Rigging Apprentice. As a Rigging Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a skilled Rigger in the machinery moving industry.

About the Role

The Rigging Apprentice will assist experienced riggers in the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and machinery. This will include learning and practicing various rigging techniques, operating equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced riggers in the movement of heavy equipment and machinery
  • Learn and practice various rigging techniques, including fall protection, forklift operation, and equipment securement
  • Operate equipment, such as forklifts and cranes, under the supervision of experienced riggers
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
