Join Our Team as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Are you prepared to guide a skilled team and ensure seamless operations? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to become part of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee a team of proficient maintenance technicians.
  • Manage the upkeep and repair of all machinery and equipment.
  • Establish and execute preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges.
  • Guarantee adherence to safety standards and company regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance production efficiency.
  • Oversee the inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
  • Create and maintain maintenance schedules and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor or in a comparable position.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and logistics control systems.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

Shift: First

Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Education: No Degree Required
