About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Design: Analyze systems flow, data usage, and work processes to identify problem areas and develop solutions.
  • Software Development: Design and implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries, and develop technical specifications and plans.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  • Integration and Support: Independently install, customize, and integrate commercial software packages, and provide comprehensive support to internal customers.
  • Problem Solving and Communication: Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues, work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis, and clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in programming, with a strong background in object-oriented languages, internet technologies, and software development methodologies.
  • Certifications and Skills: Security+ Certification (8570 Compliance), experience with C#, Java, Java Script, CSS, T-SQL, MVC,.NET, SQL, and JavaScript Framework, and possession of excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
