About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salad and Sandwich Maker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Ensure that every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet speed and accuracy goals, working efficiently to maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in food preparation and service is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Commitment to health and food safety standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
