Weiman Products LLC is seeking a skilled Compression Operator to join our manufacturing team in Somers, WI. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Summary:

The Compression Operator will be responsible for producing tablets in the manufacturing department while ensuring overall safety, quality, and equipment efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with experience in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Produces tablets following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Operates and maintains tablet presses, performing routine quality testing and inventory transactions
  • Troubleshoots equipment issues and performs basic maintenance as needed
  • Provides training for new employees and assists with daily start-up and shutdown of the manufacturing area
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift; certification is a plus
  • Full English proficiency required; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of standing
  • Frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 60 pounds
Work Environment:
  • Somers, WI (Kenosha, WI) location
  • Full-time employment status
  • No travel required
Salary and Benefits:
