The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering attentive customer-focused service, maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene, and working closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure excellent service standards
  • Prepare, present, and deliver outstanding food that meets our brand standards
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Order and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings
