Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Service Team Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our field technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to field technicians, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills of our field technicians.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify and prioritize technical training needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our technicians are following safety protocols and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and prioritize work assignments to ensure that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide input on the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve our service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or technical role.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Johnson Controls' policies and procedures, including safety protocols and best practices.
