Role Overview:
The Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist will assess children facing physical and developmental challenges, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services aimed at enhancing client capabilities.

Work Environment:
Our specialists provide evaluations and treatments in diverse settings, including clients' homes, community spaces, educational institutions, and our clinics, establishing us as a leading provider of disability services.

Qualifications:
- A diploma from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience as a staff-level Physical Therapist.
- Experience with infants, toddlers, and young children is advantageous but not mandatory.

Licensure and Certifications:
- Must hold a valid license from the California Physical Therapy Board.
- A current California Driver's License, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record are necessary.
- Current certifications in BLS Adult CPR with AED, Infant/Child CPR, and Basic First Aid from an approved provider are required.

Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of fingerprint clearance and background checks through the Department of Justice and FBI.
- Pre-placement physical and back assessments are mandatory.
- Proof of a negative TB test within the last twelve months is required.
