Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide direct and indirect patient care services, requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. Working collaboratively with the healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN/LPN will maintain patient safety, provide comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the medical surgical setting.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a current and valid state license, a current BLS certificate upon hire, and IV certification upon hire (state specific). Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
