Salary: $19.62

Position Overview

The Warehouse and Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the bottling operations at The Arc Ontario. This position is tasked with ensuring the smooth execution of daily production activities while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bottling line, ensuring adequate staffing and efficient production rates.
  • Set up bottling processes in accordance with job specifications, making necessary adjustments to uphold quality standards.
  • Supervise production personnel and interns, providing training and addressing performance issues as they arise. Schedule staff to meet production requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in production or a related field.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
