Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of individual apartments, public restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Engage with residents in a warm and friendly manner, providing attentive service.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following established procedures and ensuring proper labeling.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and report any unsafe practices to the Executive Director.
  • Encourage teamwork among colleagues, demonstrate initiative in resolving challenges, and contribute positively to the work environment.
  • Be proactive in taking on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • All candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to employment.
  • A genuine compassion for and desire to assist seniors.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
