Job Description

Halls Chophouse Nashville is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to enhance our culinary team. As a hospitality-minded professional, you will be responsible for creating exceptional desserts and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and measure ingredients for baking and decorating
  • Design and create visually appealing desserts for large format events and distribution to our sister properties
  • Expedite during service, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality desserts
  • Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality
Requirements:
  • Experience in baking and decorating is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to following health and safety, and food safety standards
  • Ability to work as a team and maintain a positive attitude
