Server Associate

As a Server at MCR Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. Your duties will include taking food and beverage orders, serving food items to guests, and completing payment for guest orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and provide a clear and accurate description of food and beverage options
* Deliver hot to order items from the kitchen to tables
* Input orders into the computer and secure accurate payment
* Prepare coffee and other specialized drinks
* Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
* Observe diners and respond to requests
* Complete daily inventory prep sheet
* Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
* Escort guests to tables as needed
* Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
* Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
* Demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel
Requirements:
* Previous serving experience is a plus, but we will train the right fit
* High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
* A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
