Caregiver Role at Express Healthcare Professionals
Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour based on experience
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6am to 2:30pm
- Night Shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm
We are seeking committed and trustworthy caregivers to provide outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and following a personalized care plan, modifying care routines in accordance with medical advice, and promptly reporting any changes in the client's health or needs. The ideal candidate should exhibit traits such as patience, compassion, strong communication skills, attentiveness, and a deep commitment to ensuring the client's comfort and well-being.
Primary Duties:
- Assisting with personal care tasks including grooming, dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
- Executing a prescribed healthcare plan which may include aiding with physical exercises and administering medications as directed.
- Arranging the client's living environment according to their preferences while ensuring all safety measures are adhered to. Light housekeeping duties may also be required.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to help clients perform essential tasks.
- Assisting with mobility-related activities, including helping clients move between locations.
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's health, behavior, or requirements.
