Position Overview
We are in search of a Construction Equipment Technician to become a vital part of our expanding team.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of diverse machinery, such as heavy construction equipment, trucks, and trailers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with operators to discuss any issues encountered
  • Conduct inspections and test drives to assess equipment conditions
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify problems
  • Formulate a strategy for addressing identified issues
  • Communicate necessary parts and equipment requirements to the supervisor
  • Execute repairs as needed
  • Perform follow-up inspections and test drives to ensure repairs are effective
  • Candidates must possess their own tools to fulfill job requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of diesel engine and powertrain systems
Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Attention to detail
Consistent attendance is essential
Ability to work safely within a team setting
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not mandatory)
Education and Experience:
Technical school education is preferred but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Demands:

Must be physically capable of performing job duties, including standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 90 pounds as necessary.
