About the Role:This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our seed treatment business in North America. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our seed treatment business in North America, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical service, and senior management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market and customer dynamics, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Manage assigned product short and long-term supply, forecasting, and profitability, and coordinate a balance between short-term operating results and long-term market share development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, or a related field.
- 10+ years of work experience in marketing, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
- Strong marketing background, with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily domestically in the US.
