Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic part-time soccer instructors who are passionate about working with young children. This role offers a fun and flexible work environment where you can be a highlight of a child's week.

Availability:

We are looking for instructors who can commit to coaching during:

• Weekday mornings (starting at 9 AM)
• Weekday afternoons

Note: Not all weekday availability is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Youth Soccer Instructor, you will:

• Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Arrive punctually for classes and commit to the full season.
• Conduct soccer sessions, including setup and takedown.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
• Utilize our curriculum and teaching techniques effectively.
• Lead groups of 10-12 children for 35-40 minute classes.
• Adhere to safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers.

Qualifications:

No prior sports or coaching experience is required as we provide paid training. Ideal candidates will be:

• Energetic, reliable, and organized.
• Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, jog, and demonstrate children's soccer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
