Job Summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in Cool Springs. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures in accordance with established department policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all magnetic resonance imaging procedures according to established department protocols.
  • Prepare and administer intravenous contrast media according to established protocols.
  • Perform venipuncture using sterile technique.
  • Process, record, and archive images for evaluation, interpretation, and maintenance purposes.
  • Complete filming of all cases in a timely fashion according to radiologists' requirements.
  • Complete processes to send image data to PACS.
