Position Title: RN – Care Center - Nights

**This role involves working from 7pm to 7am, totaling 36 hours (3 shifts of 12 hours each with rotating weekends)**

Overview: The RN - Care Center is responsible for delivering comprehensive hospice nursing services to patients and families within care center environments. This role involves monitoring patients' health conditions and providing precise updates to the attending physician. Additionally, the RN coordinates case management for patient services and medical care, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to educate, assist, and support patients and families through the end-of-life process. Due to operational requirements, flexibility in shifts, teams, and locations may be necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Active Florida RN License is required
  • Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
  • Prior nursing experience in oncology, hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care is preferred. Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork is desired
