We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Kaya. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including drinks, food, and specials.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background screen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift and maneuver trays of food.
