Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Vivage. As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Maintain assigned work areas in a safe and attractive manner.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Take out the trash and recyclables.
• Clean restrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and shower areas.
• Sanitize mirrors, lighting fixtures, doors, and walls.
• Inspect and ensure all aspects of property, including grounds and building, are clean.
• Follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions used for cleaning.
• Participate in departmental studies and projects as assigned.
