Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and overall business performance, including sales and expense evaluations.
- Oversee long-term financial planning and analysis, which encompasses budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and multi-year financial strategies, collaborating closely with departmental leaders across the organization.
- Manage the annual budget allocation and monitor budget utilization on a monthly basis.
- Prepare a variety of financial reports, cash flow projections, and forecasts.
- Develop, maintain, and leverage the necessary financial systems, tools, processes, and resources to support all financial planning, management, and reporting requirements of the organization.
- Contribute to the establishment of strategic financial objectives and goals.
- Perform industry analyses, research market trends, manage revenue dashboards, and establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with additional projects as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Planning.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, with adaptability in a dynamic organizational environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
