Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

About the Job:\

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including OSHA standards. This role involves handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations as necessary, administering employee benefits programs, and developing training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including OSHA standards\
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary\
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes\
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on various HR-related topics\
  • Collaborate with management to develop performance management processes and tools\

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field\
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role\
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other employment laws\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities\
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion\
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\
