• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Evaluate pay impacting policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial operations.
• Develop and maintain financial analysis reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in automated accounting and payroll systems.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
