Our Fulfillment team is comprised of experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent experience for our guests by delivering products safely, efficiently, and effectively. As a Fulfillment Expert, you will be responsible for picking, preparing, packing, sorting, and shipping products to meet digital guest demand.

• Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them.
• Observe and respond to guest needs, using body language and verbal cues to tailor your approach.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Select items for order pickup, drive-up, and ship-to-home for digital guest orders.
• Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders, and properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment.
• Meet productivity metrics and other fulfillment goals, and ensure timely delivery of guest orders.
• Own your workspace and supplies, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness and quality standards.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
