About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join Global Channel Management as a Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, working with teams in a collaborative environment and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain QMS programs and initiatives for Global Channel Management
  • Provide critical information for audits and reviews/analyze data and documentation
  • Maintain all required documentation to meet security compliance standards and audit control standards
  • Perform and document monthly user reviews for associate access
  • Work closely with Operations to identify key activities and monitor corporate directed training

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
