About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Ensign Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening and Evaluation: Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Treatment Intervention: Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Outcome Evaluation: Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services as needed, making referrals when necessary.
  • Consultation and Counseling: Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Discharge Summary: Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Documentation: Document all required information in our electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: Open to SLPs at all experience levels.
