Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recreation Assistant to join our team at the US Army. As a Recreation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates and sells merchandise directly to customers when technical knowledge of the product is required.
- Decorates display areas; develops proposals for displaying merchandise including materials.
- Plans and conducts recurring patron activities such as bingo tournaments, and related activities.
- Assists patrons in the use of the facilities.
- Provides safety instruction and demonstrates use of the equipment used for the gaming environment.
- Circulates among patrons and receives and resolves customer complaints.
- Teaches and plans related functions (e.g. bingo games (paper, small games), computer bingo, etc).
- Verifies the bingo winners by computer input and/or review of paper cards.

Requirements:
- Six (6) months to two (2) years work experience with bingo gaming equipment and programs as related to the duties described above.
- Work experience in a customer service focused environment.
