Job Description

The Assortment Coordinator role is responsible for analyzing product performance to inform assortment decisions and developing item and SKU level plans to achieve sales, margin, and turn goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop item and SKU level plans to project inventory requirements.
• Use assortment planning software to analyze performance and build plans.
• Collaborate with Category Directors and Merchants to define assortment plans.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with assortment planning software.
• Knowledge of retail math and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
